In a similar vein, Travelers Haven makes it easy for you to reduce vacancies in your property. With this setup, clients can request reservations in a given area with specific amenities. Their account manager searches all available properties for the best fit and secures the lease.

One benefit of listing here is that you assume less risk. Instead, this platform acts as the responsible party to ensure that you always get paid on time. Unlike Corporate Housing by Owner, there are no fees to register or use Travelers Haven.

With that in mind, they do charge a small fee for their services when matched.

 

National Corporate Housing

National Corporate Housing is another great solution for landlords and property managers who want to book more corporate housing clients. They offer a comprehensive service for clients with personal travel agents who locate and book reservations in a desired city. They even cancel and change bookings for guests when necessary. 

It isn’t as easy to get started as it is with Corporate Housing by Owner, but their excellent customer service team will guide you through every step of the process.
